To confirm the final reservation, a prepayment is due. This advance is 50% of the total amount due for bookings of more than €500 and the full amount for bookings of less than €500. The second payment must be made one month before arrival. The amount of the booking must be transferred immediately to the account of Bocacangrejo.com, we would like to receive a copy of the proof of payment. If the amount of the booking is not transferred within 3 days of booking, we will cancel the booking and make the reserved dates available again. Refund: If you need to cancel your booking, we will refund the full amount in case of cancellation up to one month before arrival. In case of a refund, Bocacangrejo.com will charge an administration fee of €50 and deduct it from the amount to be refunded. If you cancel the reservation later than one month before arrival, no refund will be made. If you decide to leave earlier, there will be no refund. Refunds will only be made if it is made impossible to come to Tenerife by the government. So in case your home country forbids you to travel to Spain and/or Tenerife or if Spain and/or Tenerife prohibits entry to residents of your home country. Check in The regular check-in time is from 15:00. In good consultation, earlier check-in is often possible, we ask you to let us know if you need a early check in advance so we can look at the possibilities. If it is not possible to check in earlier, it is possible to drop off luggage if desired. Check out Guests must check out before 10:00. Please let us know well in advance if you wish to check out at a reasonably later time. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request for a later check-out. Keys on arrival In the normal situation, we will always receive the guests personally and hand over the key. In case of an extremely late arrival there is the possibility to get the keys from a keylock which is placed next to the entrance of the house. Keys on departure In the normal situation we will be present in person at the departure. However, if you leave that early that we can´t make it, you can leave the keys in the house or the keylock. When you leave, you do not have to lock the door. Just pull the door completely into the lock when leaving. Lost key or damage to locks If there is damage to the locks or if a key is lost, the costs of replacing the lost or damaged locks will be billed. Smoke Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. Valuables, security, and storage Bocacangrejo.com is not responsible for lost property. Lock the doors when you leave. While Bocacangrejo.com is committed to ensuring the safety and security of its guests and their belongings, guests retain ultimate responsibility for their own safety and security. Keep the property always locked during your absence. Toilets Nothing should be flushed down the toilet, including Toilet paper, cigarette butts, cotton swabs, tampons, sanitary towels, or other material. Please use the trash that can be found in the bathroom. PET POLICY Pets are not allowed in the house unless otherwise agreed in advance. Your obligations We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property caused by your acts or omissions, on purpose or by accident. By booking with us, you agree to indemnify us and pay us, at our request, an amount necessary to compensate or repair such damage or loss caused by you. Normal wear and tear are excluded. The abuse and/or use of narcotics is not permitted in our homes. If we are confronted with this in any way, the guest will be asked to leave without refunding all rent and deposit. Bocacangrejo.com will also comply with the applicable legal obligations and take actions towards the authorities. Report any accidents or incidents related to any material damage. General liability Bocacangrejo.com cannot be held liable in the event of any of the following events or circumstances. However, Bocacangrejo.com will take the necessary steps to minimize disruption and inconvenience to guests due to these events: * Unexpected interruption of electricity, water, sewerage to and from the property. * Industrial actions, civil insurrection, or criminal activities. * Fire, floods, wind, or any other force majeure situation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation if a guest causes disruptions or inconvenience to others. Respect the house and the neighbors. Environmental policy Bocacangrejo.com is committed to protecting our planet's resources. We encourage our guests to help us by: * Turning off light when not in use. * Ensure that faucets are always closed after use. * Avoid the unnecessary use of towels. Just use what you need!
