Nestled on a hillside adjacent to the sea, this spacious and luminous apartment with a shared pool offers an exceptional retreat. Thanks to its sheltered location and microclimate, you can enjoy fantastic weather all year round. The balcony, which can be either open or enclosed with glass, provides breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and beach. Equipped with all modern amenities, this apartment is the perfect getaway, just a short distance from Santa Cruz yet away from the bustle of mass tourism, making it an ideal spot for a beach holiday or island exploration.


**The Space**

This charming residential complex lies between the quaint fishing village of Bocacangrejo and the picturesque black sand beach of Playa La Nea. It features private parking, where the stunning sea views begin. From the parking area, you can take the stairs or the elevator up one floor to your spacious three-bedroom apartment. Upon entry, you'll find a private patio at the rear. The first room features a bunk bed (200cm x 90cm) and a desk, perfect for remote working, along with a ceiling fan. Adjacent is the first bathroom, beautifully appointed with a natural stone sink and a rain shower.


The spectacular living area draws immediate attention with its breathtaking ocean views. Decorated in natural tones with wooden elements, the bright open-plan living room offers a cozy ambiance. Relax on the comfortable furniture while watching the large 60-inch TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your favourite content (Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, etc.). A large dining table separates the living area from the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes all necessary cookware, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (along with filter and moka options), a dishwasher, a double induction hob, an oven, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer. Connected to the living room is the incredible balcony, the crown jewel of the apartment, offering 200º views over Bocacangrejo, the ocean, and Playa La Nea. Enjoy these views from the bar table or the lounge seats, and marvel at the distant volcanoes of Guïmar and the town of Candelaria. The balcony’s glass curtains can be closed to shield from the ocean breeze or fully opened to bask in the sunshine, allowing for year-round outdoor living.


Next to the living room is the second bedroom, tastefully decorated with two beds (190cm x 90cm) that can be combined into a double bed. This room also features a ceiling fan for added comfort. The luxurious master bedroom boasts a king-size bed (200cm x 180cm) in an open setting with a designer bathroom, separated from the sleeping area by large mirrors. The bathroom includes a walk-in rain shower and two unique natural stone sinks reminiscent of the volcanic rocks visible from your window. The master bedroom also has a ceiling fan and a TV for ultimate relaxation.


**Other spaces**

The complex includes private parking and an elevator that services both the apartment and the community swimming pool. The quiet pool area offers stunning views of the ocean and mountains, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing. Behind the apartment is a private patio equipped with a 10kg washing machine.
