Located just a few meters from the sea where at night the sound of the waves helps you fall asleep and where in the morning the sea smiles at you and wakes you up. In the middle of Bocacangrejo, a town where there is no mass tourism, although you are only 15 minutes from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. You have Playa la Nea in about 500 meters away. Entering your house, the incredible views you have in this house directly attract attention. Large windows offer you a panoramic view over the cove where the neighbour’s fish or swim in the sea. There is a comfortable sofa and a 50” Smart TV. We have set up a high table so that when you eat you also have the best views of Candelaria and La Nea beach. There is a kitchen with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and equipped with all the kitchen utensils you may need such as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
If you go down the stairs, you reach the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large 160cm by 200cm bed, a huge wardrobe, and privileged views of the sea. This room has access to the balcony that has 2 chairs and an outdoor table. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed with 90cm by 200cm beds perfect for both children and adults. From this bedroom there is also access to the balcony. In the bathroom, it is very striking that for the shower it is using the rocks of the mountain on which the house is built.
